My Grandpa Ott
He was at the LyVerl Barber Shop on Washington Ave., but I got my first haircut from him at his home on Franklin Street.I remember him, even though he died when I was only 5 or 6 years old. I remember his mustache. It was salt and pepper colored with a few reddish hairs too. I don't remember him saying very much, but I remember he was able to move his eyebrows in opposite directions, the one up when the other one was down. He let me come watch him craft his leather-work.
